no one want him homeless or in Jail but he does need treatment by a licensed doctor he needs love and care before he progresses into something that is much harder or impossible to fix! ………..but I want my 10 year old 100% completely safe not around a wanted fugitive sex offender that is non treated.
We must develop a Common-Sense Plan to address the consistent violations. If we cannot trust the mother to obey the court due to the fact that the petitioner Marcia Robertson has committed perjury and contempt multiple times while physical evidence supports 100% that she has lied in court! So, trusting won’t elevate this from happening and obviously she stated under oath she understood the orders and she still did it. She should be required to have him attend the court hearing and have him present a signed rental agreement to an apartment. Trusting that he moved out (to grandmas) won’t cut it. She has repeatedly lied with that exact excuse. If he is forced to attend the hearing under oath present a signed rental agreement, agree to not be at the house where his brother lives and to not be around his brother until a licensed Sexual Psychologist is willing to put his signature down on paper stating Gregory Nigel Robertson is safe and sexually safe around children unsupervised!
Then the next proactive step is to “get him into treatment for a sexually / mentally disturbed” individual. Not one or the other specialties, but both. It is a dual part issue. I believe this repeated lack of conscience with regards to repeated acts of nudity after getting caught by Law Enforcement 2X Arrests and one accusation by me with proof, alongside arson charges and other blatant disregard for safety. I was in his home for many years, he was always rather normal, smart, kind and he liked me, we spent time together on family vacations, just me and him on the beach mom with my son Michael in the hotel. I knew him, he was never bad to me, his friends (all white) looked mischievous and they often smelled like very good weed. I smoke myself weed itself is not an issue, but when you are 12-14 it was to me but not mom so I left it alone he is not my son. My point I do not recognize his behavior, I do not know this man 12 years later a lot has changed.
It appears there is definitely mental issues that need addressing and I feel bad, I care for him, he is my son’s older brother. I do not want him to hurt himself or others. He may be a type of mental illness ups and downs or mood swings or delusions. If we help him, he will be just fine. I hate jail I believe most men are redeemable and he should remain Free but only around the family after a licensed psychiatrist signs off, he is safe sexually around kids. He needs help first. I am all for helping this man. Let’s get it done! Help him bring him safely back around my son legally after the DOC signs off
- There is a court order protecting this child. someone other than me the father should give care
- This man is a wanted sex offender in 2 counties for 2 sex crimes (not arrested or charged yet for the 288 & 288.2) and an arson charge of government property.
- report these photos found on the minor’s phone to child services as required by law
- arrest & charged this mentally off man for the 288 & 288.2
- do not imprison him jail and prison will not help the mentally ill formulate a helpful plan that will not harm him but help him…. he is my son’s older brother and i do care what happens to this man, i raised him for a brief period and have a connection it hurts me to see him this way.
- actually, do the right thing and help this man. make sure whether a locked hospital for a brief evaluation or a outpatient evaluation should be conducted. once a licensed psychiatrist and psychologist both check off, he is safe around all children then cool bring him back around my son, his brother.
- but until this man who photos himself naked with my then 8 year olds phone and photos his 15 year old sister asleep is addressed he is just evolving without help and destroying himself in the process
- be real people do your job prosecute with mercy to help him DO NOT IMPRISON THE MENTALLY ILL BUT GUIDE HIM HELP ADDRESS HIS SEXUAL PATHOLOGY ISSUES AND INNNER SELF ISSUES HE HAS 6 DEAD FRIENDS ACCORDING TO MOM DOES THIS CONCERN ANYONE ELSE?
